"I don't know what this means... I remember standing in that garage, facing that big fat kid and worrying a little bit..." David Mulhern

I was in my old neighborhood. The people seemed different. It was bright out, the middle of a hot summer day. I had to squint it was so bright... I was driving along the street when I saw three girls walking in the street. They started flirting...

One of them walked up to my car window. I showed her a badge I had in my car which was a sort of sexual innuendo apparently. The other ones came to the window as I continued driving... slowly...

Finally,  I bolted and sped around the corner. I came to what looked like a roadblock. But that's not what I noticed...

There was a beautiful girl. Thin, wearing a white outfit... It was Jen.

Only she was beyond beautiful, beyond anything I'd seen before. I got out of the car and yelled her name. She was throwing tinsel slowly... she threw some at me. I realized she had glued rocks to the tinsel... it was some sort of a trick. I saw more kids roaming the street like Jen, I assumed it was for a class...

Jen and I walked into a house. Inside, Jen said she'd be right back, but I couldn't tell for sure if that is what she had said. I walked into the kitchen, and from the side I could see Ashley...

It was an enclosed space, but I didn't think that she had seen me... I left the room quickly, trying to avoid her for some reason. She came towards me and said, "David! I missed you!" She hugged me. She told me she was living at Gila Springs. And when I got excited, she told me it was a different complex...

Suddenly I had a mental picture of the place which she was referring to. It was white and off a lake. In the flashback I could see her place. It was on the bottom story. And my mind sort of started to fly in the front door.

Ashley was done talking to me... She could leave. And I went to the couch. And sat down. There was some young girl who came in and started talking to me. She was flirting with me, and as far as I can remember she kissed me. And we were eating some type of chocolate bar. And I took some of it from her while we kissed. She was not upset. For a second I had a flash of realization that she was young, but I was only a flash. At some point she got up and went to a room. I didn’t see her again. I assumed she left...

Now, I went around the house and started picking up the stuff that was mine. It was time for me to leave...

It wasn't long before my hands were full. Everything I owned was here for some reason. I walked to the person who owned the place, someone's mother, and asked her if she had a bag. She suggested something else, but I knew what I needed. They were in a box in front of her.

I was ready to leave, but things were only beginning to get interesting. So I walk out the door into the garage...

At this point, I could see a bunch of kids outside. I started walking through the garage and I realized it was every kid who lived around my neighborhood. I walked out beyond the garage, and noticed some cute girl.

She didn’t smile, she pushed a button and the garage started closing... “Whoa..” I said, when I realized what was happening.

I ran back in to the garage. One of the girls confronted me, it seemed like she was about to cry.. “Just answer truthfully, did you kiss her or not?”

I didn’t really think. “Well just once. A little bit.”

And at that moment I realized the girl had said something. Now her friends began to try to kill me. At various times, they hit me. I just held up my hand and nothing they did seem to even feel like anything. Then this big fat black kid came up to me.

I said “Whoa. Okay, now you I’m scared of!” This flattered him, and he said something nice to me in one way or another. I realized all these kids were kids and... I awoke.
