"I don't remember what thoughts I had at the time, but as I re-read my journal, I have to think that maybe my subconcious was trying to tell me that something was not as it seemed?" Tawny Brown

I am with friends at the county fair, when my friend Carla and I get separated from our group. We rode the Tilt-A-Whirl, and when we got off it, our friends were gone.

We were walking around searching for them when we realized something very strange was going on. Everyone we saw was dressed like a clown. Men, women, children, the carnival workers. Everyone but she and I.

We came to the House of Mirrors and an odd looking clown with his face painted upside down pushed us through the door. We went through it holding hands so as not to lose one another, and in every mirror we looked in, we saw ourselves dressed as clowns, but when we looked at each other, or down at ourselves, we were in our regular clothes.

When we exited the house of mirrors, Carla suggested we ride the Tilt-A-Whirl again, and we did, and when we got off it this time, everything was normal and our friends were waiting for us.
